4 Months Post Treatment
Hello Troops. Happy rainy Friday to you all. I have not done a post in quite a while, I apologize. Trying to get back into life again has been very busy. I must honestly say that I do believe I am experiencing some PTSD these days… Or it could be that I am about to turn 40 in a few weeks… Hmmm
Next week Jillian has scans again; praying like crazy the cancer is still gone. She too is suffering from PTSD. I know it. She has crazy outbursts of anger and aggression. She is not where she should be for a 4 year old going to kindergarten in the fall. We start to see a counselor next week too as well as getting a check up on her hearing aids. And all this talk about measles and deadly flu viruses killing kids…. She was never able to get revaccinated. Still she remains the healthiest one in this house. The sickies paid quite a visit to all of us a week ago. Thankfully we are over it unscathed.
I have been trying to spend time with Jilli doing “normal” things she has
Missed out on… Like learning to pedal on a bike and teaching her to use the computer. She does love abcmouse! She has been playing with her Barbies a lot too, which is good since Santa brought a crap load of them!
Well, Lots of prayers are needed for this upcoming hell week… Please and thank you!!!
