Salute to Jillian’s Great Aunt
Jilli has started her 2nd week of radiation treatment and is taking it like a champ. But we have sad news to report. Jillian’s great aunt Valerie passed away this evening from cancer. This is only one month after great grandma Doris’ passing. Both women had breast cancer. Aunt Valerie was only 49 years old. She will be missed so much. I have so much anger towards this horrible disease. It has taken it’s toll on our family… Our lives have changed, our emotions are damaged, our memories are scarred but we will hold on. We hold on to hope that there will be a cure someday. Until then we will fight and we will never give up EVER! SALUTE!

My deepest sympathy to you and your family. Yes, cancer is a horrible disease and word to have and to say. My friend just had part of her colon removed, she had two large tumors removed, yes cancer. She is 63, they say it is treatable. I wish they could just find something that tells us we have or we are pron to cancer and give us something and boom it’s gone. I guess I will continue to dream and pray.
CIC MOM, hang in there, I know easy for me to say huh, but, you are Jillian’s mommy and so she needs you. I pray someday soon this will be over and all your lives will be a happy one again. Praying always for Jillian.

As for Breast Cancer, it IS cureble as long as it’s caught and treated early on!!!!
