Fighting For Childhood Finale!
Thanks to everyone who made it out to the Fighting For Childhood event at Town Square this past week. The turnout, support, and donations were amazing. Jillian’s Army can not thank Ray and Christine Wold of Amazing Clowns enough for organizing the entire event and making it such a fun family experience. Thanks to their friends and coworkers at Cirque Du Soleil for sharing their time and talents with the crowd and entertaining us all. A few more shoutouts Dianna Cabrera, Gil Cabrera, Christian & Gary Long, Jeri Campman, Curtis Steel, KSNE-Sunny 106.5, Chobani Yogurt and all the volunteers – you are much appreciated. Thank you all! The culmination of the week happened today as Jillian slayed the evil cancer dragon for all fighters, survivors, and those lost to this horrific disease.
We sound like a broken record at Jillian’s Army, but we will say it again. We are overwhelmed by the love and support of this community for Jillian. Thank you for loving our little warrior, who is heading right back into battle next week as she begins radiation.
