Update from the Hospital
It’s funny how many times I’ve seen the news clips of the fundraising weekend. And every time I watch myself saying “Jilli got through this last round with no side effects..she was never down for one minute” I wanna open mouth, insert foot! It just was a delayed reaction! My poor girl is still feeling bad. We are still here at St Rose Siena. Not sure when we will be released; it won’t be anytime soon unless her body kicks into fight mode. Dr. B wants to see her temp go down and WBC go up. Still has low grade fever and no ANC. She is on IV antibiotics as precaution but so far tests show no bacterial infection present. Just crappy side effects from the nasty chemo. Her mouth sores are preventing her from wanting to eat and she is not the loud crazy girl that she normally is. No news as of yet on surgery to remove the tumor. And Jesse finally came to an agreement with our insurance company on the appeal we filed for the transplant procedure. They agreed to pay for the stem cell harvest originally denied and we will be going to Rochester, NY for the Consolidation Therapy. The process has begun to get us there for the next phase of treatment. I believe we will be there during Christmas but no definite date set as of yet. Get ready NY Battalion…Jilli will be heading east! As always…we need all the prayers, love and white light! Thank you! -CIC momma
Update 11/16/13 – Blood transfusion ordered and will be here soon. 4 hour run this time with one unit used. Amber said most of it so just adding new news. General Dad

Heavenly Father we come to You in this hour to give you praise, and to ask that You send Your Holy Spirit to fill each an every hand that rest apon Your little child Jillian, and that You bring healing to her little body, to cleanse her blood and make it new so that she can live a long a prosperous life in Your Name, we thank You Lord for every moment that You give to us with little Jillian and ask You to have mercy on her while she fights the dragon with in her, bring comfort to her and to her patents and family while her struggle continues and grant them peace here on earth as it is in heaven, we thank You Heavenly Father in Your Son Our Savior Jesus Christ Name Amen.
