Round 3 and Good News
Well, here we are back at St Rose for round 3. Dr. B ordered a CT Scan upon our arrival yesterday and before starting the chemo. He called this morning with results. I am excited to tell everybody that the tumor has shrunk by 50% and no new tumors have grown! According to the protocol, the cancer is responding exactly how it should be. We are in no way out of the woods; there is still a long battle ahead. And the cancer could stop responding at any time. She did ok through her first dose last night but has some nausea this morning. But for Today…Soldiers… We are winning this fight!!!!
