Prepping For Radiation
Good morning troops. This morning Jilli went to see the Dr who will be performing radiation… The next phase of her treatment. They had to use conscious sedation this morning as she needed to be perfectly still and positioned for scans and markers put in place for the radiation. The 20 rounds of radiation will start on Monday morning. Every morning she will be NPO ( which I agonize over) and taken in to the office and she will get her treatment. Everyday, Mon – Fri for 4 weeks we must do this. Another hurdle to cross, hoping for very little side effects. In the mean time, we will be enjoying our weekend out at Town Square for the amazing balloon art! Come check it if you can! SALUTE!
