A quick update
Hello troops and Happy New Year! Yeah I know it’s February but we been busy. Our warrior is doing great these days. This Covid crap is really frustrating. Jillian and her sister Sienna are going crazy and taking me with them! They are itchin’ to go back to the classroom for school. Hopefully soon!
We do have a new member of the family to introduce y’all to. After all three of our dogs passed away in 2020, we decided to get a Rottweiler puppy. Her name is Coco and she is almost 8 months old. She is crazy but the girls are absolutely in love with her. Their Husky Leia (daddy’s dog) has a love-hate thing goin on but hey…that’s what siblings do, right? She is turning out to be just what we needed during this crazy time in our lives.
I do have some fabulous news for everyone. I drove to Summerlin Hospital today to pick up the radiology report from Jillian’s MIBG scan last week. I am overjoyed to report that she remains CANCER FREE!!! Thank you all for your prayers, energy and love. We can breathe a sigh of relief now for a while … hopefully forever! She still has many appointments to go to. She still remains smaller than average and slightly underweight. We are seeing an endocrinologist and GI specialist next month to see if there’s anything going on that was caused by the radiation she had. Keeping our fingers crossed for good news there.
